{"id":10774,"date":"2022-04-25T08:57:08","date_gmt":"2022-04-25T06:57:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.releaseathens.gr\/?p=10774"},"modified":"2022-04-25T08:57:08","modified_gmt":"2022-04-25T06:57:08","slug":"martingarrix-2022-arena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.releaseathens.gr\/en\/martingarrix-2022-arena\/","title":{"rendered":"Announcement for the ticket holders of Martin Garrix show\/ Arena"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As you have probably already noticed, almost all of the acts announced for Release Athens 2020 and for 2021, have been rescheduled.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, this was not possible for the Martin Garrix\u2019s show, since there wasn\u2019t any suitable date to fit his 2022 tour.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, we would like to inform you about the options you have as ticket holders of Martin Garrix\u2019s performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Option 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your tickets are valid and you can use them without any additional cost either for the Parov Stelar \/ ARTBAT concert (on June 18<sup>th<\/sup>), or the Pet Shop Boys \/ Thievery Corporation one (on June 30<sup>th<\/sup>), and without any further action needed from your part.<\/p>\n<p>If you choose this option, <strong>you are granted an additional free consumption bonus worth 5\u20ac,<\/strong>that can be used at the festival venue. This bonus, <strong>offered by Fuzz Productions<\/strong>, will be obtained from a special counter, once you have entered the festival\u2019s premises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Option 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can use your ticket for any other day of Release Athens 2022, as well as upgrade it to a two-day combo ticket, by paying any additional cost per case. You can find all the available combo tickets and ticket options at <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.releaseathens.gr\/en\/prosfores\/\">staging.releaseathens.gr\/en\/prosfores<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you choose this option, you need to send a request to <a href=\"mailto:support@fuzzproductions.gr\">support@fuzzproductions.gr<\/a>, with the subject titled \u201cTICKET CHANGE-MARTIN GARRIX\u201d, from the email account you used to purchase the ticket in the first place, indicating the initial order number, your contact details (full name, phone number) and the date (or dates) you would like to attend. Then, you will get a reply from us, as soon as possible, with all the necessary details about the payment options of any outstanding amount, and once the payment is done, we will send you an email with your new ticket, and the old one will be automatically cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that by choosing this option, you are not entitled to the free consumption bonus (as described in Option 1).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Option 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t wish to use your ticket in any of the above-mentioned options, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. The refund process will be announced after the end of the festival, it will be simple and will be completed within the period defined by the current legislation.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your support and for your understanding.
