{"id":10778,"date":"2022-04-25T08:58:10","date_gmt":"2022-04-25T06:58:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.releaseathens.gr\/?p=10778"},"modified":"2022-04-25T08:58:10","modified_gmt":"2022-04-25T06:58:10","slug":"martingarrix-2022-announcement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.releaseathens.gr\/en\/martingarrix-2022-announcement\/","title":{"rendered":"Announcement for the VIP ticket holders of the Martin Garrix Show"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As you have probably already noticed, almost all of the acts announced for Release Athens 2020 and for 2021, have been rescheduled.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, this was not possible for the Martin Garrix\u2019s show, since there wasn\u2019t any suitable date to fit his 2022 tour.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, we would like to inform you about the options you have as VIP ticket holders of Martin Garrix\u2019s performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Option 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Due to the limited capacity of the VIP area, you can use your tickets only for the Parov Stelar \/ ARTBAT concert (on June 18<sup>th<\/sup>), or the Pet Shop Boys \/ Thievery Corporation one (on June 30<sup>th<\/sup>), without any additional cost.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019d like to attend any other date (outside the two mentioned above), you need to send a request to <a href=\"mailto:support@fuzzproductions.gr\">support@fuzzproductions.gr<\/a>, with the subject titled \u201cVIP TICKET CHANGE-MARTIN GARRIX\u201d, from the email account you used to purchase the ticket in the first place, indicating the initial order number, your contact details (full name, phone number) and the date (or dates) you would like to attend. Then, you will get a reply from us, as soon as possible, with all the necessary details about the payment options of any outstanding amount, and once the payment is done, we will send you an email with your new ticket, and the old one will be automatically cancelled.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Option 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t wish to use your ticket, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. The refund process will be announced after the end of the festival, it will be simple and will be completed within the period defined by the current legislation.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your support and for your understanding.
